Hubei Kangning Protective Products Co., Ltd is a professional large-scale manufacturer of all types of non woven products, integrating development, production and trade together. The factory was established in 1998, located in the center of Xiantao, Hubei Province, we enjoy convenient transportation and advantage raw material source.

We are specialized in producing PP fabric, disposable medical consumables, industrial personal protective equipment, and beauty salon disposable products, such as face masks, gowns, coveralls, bed cover sets, caps, lab coats, sleeve covers, shoe covers, washing gloves and so on.

We have two factories: A cleanroom workshop and a 100, 000-level purification workshop, all designed according to the following standard process: Raw material warehouse-raw material receiving-tearing packaging-cutting fabric-stitching or ultrasonic heat sealing-folding-packaging-finished product warehouse. Our company has more than 800 stable and well-trained employees and nearly 300 advanced production equipment.

We export over 400 High Cube containers to over two hundreds different regions and countries every year, such as USA, Germany, Japan, South Africa, Saudi Arabia...etc. Our annual turnover is more than 10, 000, 000 USD. Due to the increasing fierce international competition, our factory is seeking to transform and focus on the high-end protection market and customers. We upgrade dust-free workshops, establish modern laboratories, import fabric machines, hire excellent technical personnel with high salaries, and train employees regularly to improve factory operation efficiency.

All staffs wear anti-static worksuit, shoe covers and hairnet before entering, make sure the workshop is clean and no hair. Every workshop has QC inspector to supervise the quality, deal with the issues, to maintain the high effective running of the production. We built advanced internal lab, every products need to pass the strict QC process before packaging and shipping.

To improve the efficiency and decrease the human error rate we brought in the Intelligent inspection equipment in the face mask machine, it can detect the defective masks automatically. Non woven face mask is our most advantage product, we also customize the machine for individual packaging face mask, also have machine to wrap film on the box of face mask, especially for Japan market. We set up the production line of raw materials this year, and our company has been focusing on product development and innovation.

Our warehouse was designed and built according to the high end standard of non woven field, all finished products are put in the plastic pallets to make them dry and ventilated, staffs do cleaning everyday to make it neat and tidy.

Higher standards of quality have always been our pursuit. We have obtained TUV certified CE, ISO13485, EN14683 TYPE I, TYPE II, TYPE IIR, EN13795-1, EN13795-2, DOC with REP, CIBG, UKCA, ASTM Level 2 and FDA 510K registration. The EN14126 TYPE 4B, TYPE 5, TYPE 6 certificates are also under application.
